Botnia is shifting entirely to pre-booked appointments

Starting Monday, 23 June 2025, we will only offer pre-booked appointments. Our morning drop-in appointments will no longer be available. Instead, you can book an appointment that suits you – avoiding queues and long waiting times.

We will continue to offer short appointments (15 minutes) every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

How to book via our online booking system:

1. Enter your personal identity code and your full name – no online banking codes are required. 
2. Select the care unit and specialty: nurse’s appointment.
3. Select a time that suits you and confirm your booking.
4. Save the booking code in case you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

Please provide the reason for your visit under “additional information” so that we can make your visit as smooth as possible. You can also call our switchboard on 06 781 3500 (at least 24 hours before your appointment) if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
