What we do

With us, you receive high-quality, professional occupational health services, including both statutory occupational health services and work-related healthcare.

Occupational physiotherapy

The occupational physiotherapist helps improve working conditions, methods, and tools at the client’s workplaces, with a focus on ergonomics. They assess physical strain and its impact on health and work capacity, offering recommendations to reduce strain in various tasks. Occupational physiotherapy services are part of statutory occupational health services.

Occupational psychology

The occupational psychologist is an expert on psychosocial stress and resources at work. As part of the occupational health team’s multidisciplinary approach, the psychologist supports both the individual’s and the work community’s work capacity and functionality. The goal is to prevent and reduce stress in collaboration with the workplace and employees. The services of the occupational psychologist are included in statutory occupational health services.

Health examinations

The need for health examinations is governed by government regulations for occupations that pose specific health risks. These examinations aim to prevent work-related health issues. Certain roles may impose special health requirements on employees.

The health examinations include the assessment and support of work capacity, as well as the evaluation of health effects caused by work. The need for rehabilitation is assessed, and healthy lifestyle habits are promoted. The health examinations also provide information on how to protect oneself from work-related risks while collecting data on working conditions. Occupational health personnel will, in collaboration with the employer and workplace representatives, agree on the content of the health examinations.

Workplace investigations

A workplace investigation is always conducted in collaboration between workplace representatives and occupational health experts. It focuses on assessing health risks, work environment safety, and identifying the need for occupational health services. The investigation forms the foundation of the entire occupational health program.

Targeted workplace investigation

If necessary, a workplace investigation can be supplemented with a targeted investigation, focusing on specific risks such as chemical hazards or ergonomics.

General healthcare services

We offer general medical services with a focus on occupational health. In addition to health consultations, the service includes general practitioner services, specialist consultations, and necessary examinations by agreement. We maintain close collaboration with regional welfare districts.

Occupational health physician

An occupational health physician works as a medical expert within occupational health services. The doctor assists the employer in assessing and managing health risks in the work environment and helps employees take care of their work capacity.

The occupational health physician assesses both the health and work capacity of job applicants and employees in relation to the demands of the job. The doctor prevents, identifies, and treats work-related illnesses and accidents, as well as assesses the need for rehabilitation.

Occupational health nurse

The designated occupational health nurse works with the company’s contact person to ensure the agreement is followed. Together with the health care team, the nurse conducts workplace investigations and health screenings and helps develop the company’s occupational health action plan. The occupational health nurse is the company’s main link to occupational health services.

Health assessment services

Our occupational health services include comprehensive blood and urine tests, ECGs, and other necessary laboratory tests. You can book an appointment on our website with a referral from a doctor or occupational health nurse. If you’ve taken samples at home, you can drop them off at the laboratory during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 14:00 – no appointment needed.
